Every Monday, the Tribune-Review will highlight 10 top area college performances from the weekend:
1. Allegheny’s Rawls breaks school’s scoring record
Senior Jordan Rawls (Allderdice) scored 18 points Saturday and became the program’s all-time leader with 1,701 points during a 90-63 victory over Denison.

Rawls, who played only 18 minutes because of foul trouble, broke the record on a layup with about six minutes left. He added seven rebounds, two steals and two blocks.
Rawls is the 16th player in North Coast Athletic Conference history to eclipse 1,700 points.
Brian Roberts Jr. led the Gators (12-11, 6-10) with 19 points.
2. Kollar’s 41 points carry Saint Vincent women to victory
Senior Madison Kollar (Latrobe) made 18 of 23 shots en route to a career-high point total in a 103-87 win against Waynesburg on Saturday in the PAC.
Jenna Lafko (Hampton) totaled 16 points, seven assists and six rebounds for the Bearcats (17-6, 13-1), who hold a one-game lead over Grove City (21-2, 12-2).
3. Chatham freshman makes 10 3s, scores 33 points
Freshman Riley D’Angelo broke the school record for 3-pointers in a game, making 10 of 15 in a 76-45 rout of Thiel on Saturday in the PAC.

Chatham (14-9, 7-8) also set a school record for wins in a season.
Freshman Sierra McClain added 22 points, including five 3s.
Thiel dropped to 2-18, 1-12.
4. W&J wrestling team wins 1st PAC title since 1999
The Presidents crowned five individual champions and clipped Waynesburg by 0.5 points at the conference championships Saturday.

Alex Donahue (Indiana) clinched the title with a 9-2 decision over Thiel’s Landon Westover at 197 pounds.
W&J’s other individual champions were: Bentworth graduate Manny Dovshek (125); Shaler graduate Michael Heinl (149), who earned his third PAC title; Bentworth graduate Hunter Neely (165), who won his fourth PAC title; and South Fayette graduate Jared Walker, who claimed his third PAC title.
Waynesburg freshman heavyweight champion Rocky McGeary (West Allegheny) was named PAC Most Outstanding Wrestler and PAC Newcomer of the Year.
Ninth-year Presidents coach Tommy Prairie was voted PAC Coach of the Year.
5. La Roche men win on late basket
Darrell Barron (Northgate) scored with less than 16 seconds left, and the Redhawks held off Hilbert, 88-86, on Saturday in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference.

The victory clinched at least a share of the regular-season conference title for La Roche (17-6, 17-1), which has won nine straight.
Barron, who missed most of the season with an injury, has hit the winning shot in two of the three games he has played.
Tyler Frederick (Butler) led the Redhawks with 19 points, and freshman Joe Pipilo added a personal-best 15 points.
6. Grove City women’s swimmers claim PAC championship
Anne Shirley Dassow was named PAC Swimmer of the Year for the fourth straight season, leading the Wolverines to conference title Saturday.

Dassow won the 200 fly, 100 fly 50 free and helped the 800 free relay, 200 free relay, 400 medley relay and 200 medley relay teams to victory.
Grove City finished with 972 points, and defending champion Westminster had 850.
Westminster’s Kaitlyn Fast earned PAC Diver of the Year after winning the 3-meter and taking second in the 1-meter.
Grove City’s Sydney Laughlin, who placed first in the 400 IM and 200 breaststroke and was part of two winning relays, was honored as PAC Newcomer of the Year.
7. Grove City men repeat as PAC swimming and diving champs
Michael Moosa led the Wolverines’ sweep of the top four spots in the 200 backstroke, and Luke Mason led a 1-2-3-4 sweep in the 200 breaststroke, helping Grove City to the title Saturday.

Grove City College freshman Elias Griffin was honored as PAC Newcomer of the Year after claiming second in the 100 breaststroke and third in the 200 breaststroke.
The Wolverines’ 1,085 points were well ahead of Westminster’s 852.
Saint Vincent’s Zach Baum (Derry) was named PAC Swimmer of the Year. He won the 50 free, 100 fly and 100 free.
Westminster’s Connor May earned PAC Diver of the Year for the third straight season. He won both diving events.
8. Pitt-Johnstown wrestlers earn 5th straight PSAC title
Two-time national champion Chris Eddins (Greensburg Salem) recorded his 100th career victory, and the No. 4 Mountain Cats defeated No. 21 Gannon, 21-10, to clinch the conference title Saturday.

Pitt-Johnstown finished the regular season 21-3 overall and 7-0 in the PSAC, and Gannon dropped to 8-6, 5-2.
Other winners for the Mountain Cats included defending national champion and fifth-ranked Connor Craig (184 pounds), Jefferson-Morgan graduate Brendan Howard (125) and defending national champion Tyler Warner (133).
9. Miller scores 30 in No. 9 IUP men’s triumph
Malik Miller shot 12 of 18 from the field and scored 23 of his points in the second half, leading the Crimson Hawks past Gannon, 85-83, on Saturday in the PSAC.

Armoni Foster added 26 points, going 14 of 16 from the free-throw line, for IUP (21-2, 16-2). The Crimson Hawks improved to 13-0 at home.
Gannon dropped to 12-11, 11-8.
10. Pitt-Greensburg junior eclipses 1,000 points
Nadege Durand scored 19 points, becoming the 13th women’s player in school history to hit 1,000, as the Bobcats downed Alfred State, 81-60, in an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference game Saturday.
Shaquoia McCray contributed 12 points and 19 rebounds for Pitt-Greensburg (16-8, 13-5), which had a 55-20 advantage in rebounding.
Alfred State slipped to 7-16, 5-12.
