Fourth-round draft pick Calvin Austin III signed his four-year rookie contract Monday with the Pittsburgh Steelers, leaving first-round quarterback Kenny Pickett as the only unsigned player from the seven-member draft class.

Austin, a 5-foot-8 wide receiver from Memphis, signed on the eve of players reporting to mandatory minicamp at UPMC Rooney Sports Complex. Austin is expected to compete for the starting slot receiver’s spot this year.

In 49 games at Memphis, Austin caught 156 passes for 2,541 yards and 22 touchdowns. He also returned punts and had a 94-yard return for a touchdown. His receiving touchdowns rank second in school history, and he’s also fourth in receiving yards and fifth in receptions.

Austin’s contract has a slot value of $4.164 million over the four-year deal.
