Running back James Conner and guard Ramon Foster will return for the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night in Cleveland, but another starter surprisingly popped up on the injury report released Wednesday.
Cornerback Joe Haden has an illness and is listed as questionable for the game against his former team at FirstEnergy Stadium.
Ruled out for the game, in which the Steelers will try to extend their winning streak to five games, are wide receiver Ryan Switzer (back), running back Benny Snell Jr. (knee) and fullback Roosevelt Nix (knee).
Along with Haden, backup outside linebacker Anthony Chickillo (ribs) is questionable.
Conner, Foster and backup outside linebacker Ola Adeniyi (hip) are no longer listed on the injury report.
Conner, the team’s leading rusher, has missed the past two games with a shoulder injury. Foster, the team’s longest-tenured offensive lineman, has missed two games in a row because of a concussion.
Conner and Foster were full participants Tuesday when the Steelers conducted their only official practice of the week.
