Super Bowl XLIII MVP Santonio Holmes is one of two former Pittsburgh Steelers players who will be representing the organization during the NFL Draft in Nashville later this month.
Holmes will announce the Steelers’ second round selection, and former defensive lineman Brett Keisel will announce the team’s third-round pick. The second and third rounds will be conducted Friday, April 25.
Holmes and Keisel will be among 64 former and active NFL players who will take part in the draft festivities.
Former first-round picks, such as Holmes, will announce the second-round draft selections. Players selected in later rounds, such as Keisel, will announce the third-round picks.
The 2018 NFL Draft had an unexpected Steelers representation when injured linebacker Ryan Shazier walked to the podium under his own power – the first time he did so in public since his spinal cord injury – and announced first-round pick Terrell Edmunds.
