Former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown had another brush with the law Tuesday afternoon.

According to a statement released by police in Hollywood, Fla., officers responded to a 911 call at Brown’s home after a driver for a moving company alleged the 31-year-old Brown and his personal trainer, Glen Holt, battered him.

Holt was taken into custody without incident and charged with one count of burglary with battery, police said.

Officers were unsuccessful in attempts to reach Brown, and the investigation remained ongoing as of Tuesday evening, the statement said.

The incident is the latest in a series involving police being summoned to Brown’s home. They were called on multiple occasions to deal with issues stemming from child custody issues with Brown’s ex-girlfriend, Chelsie Kyriss.

Police were berated by Brown the most recent time they were called to Brown’s house, and he threw a bag of gummy candies shaped like penises at her.

That caused Hollywood police to announce it was ending its relationship with Brown. The police department refunded a donation he had made for the unit’s youth football league. Brown’s agent, Drew Rosehaus, then conditionally terminated his relationship with Brown until his client receives counseling.

Brown played in one NFL game last season after his trade from the Steelers and subsequent release by the Oakland Raiders on the eve of the season. He was let go by the New England Patriots when a former personal trainer, Britney Taylor, filed a civil lawsuit accusing Brown of sexual assault on three occasions.

Brown remained unsigned for the rest of the season while the NFL conducted an investigation into his conduct. Brown had a workout with the New Orleans Saints late in the season, but he was not signed.
