The Pittsburgh Pirates teamed-up with Dunkin’ to provide breakfast to workers at seven area Allegheny Health Network hospitals as part of an initiative to celebrate local healthcare workers during National Hospital Week on May 13, 2020.

The Pittsburgh Pirates and Dunkin’ Donuts are celebrating National Hospital Week by providing breakfast to seven Allegheny Health Network hospitals this week.

Together, they are donating 25 dozen donuts to hospital workers to support front-line workers amid the covid-19 crisis, starting Tuesday at Allegheny General and West Penn hospitals, Wednesday at Canonsburg, Forbes in Monroeville and Jefferson hospitals, Thursday at Allegheny Valley and Friday at Wexford Health and Wellness.

Since March, the Pirates have partnered with Chick-fil-A, Slice on Broadway, Silver Star Meats, Eat’n Park and Dunkin’ Donuts to deliver meals to health care workers on the front lines of testing stations, blood banks and health care facilities.
