INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 56-56) was idle. RHP James Marvel (3-0, 2.12 with Indianapolis) is expected to start for the Indians Tuesday night.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 56-57) won 6-5 over Richmond (Giants). LF Chris Sharpe (.212 with Altoona) went 3 for 4 with a fifth-inning two-run homer, a double and three runs scored. SS Oneil Cruz (.192 with Altoona) was 2 for 4 with two RBIs. RHP Clay Holmes (1-0, 13.50 with Altoona) recorded the win despite giving up three runs in two innings of relief with a walk, four hits allowed and no strikeouts. RHP Nicholas Economos (0-2, 7.07 with Altoona) went five innings with two runs allowed on four hits, six strikeouts and two walks in a no-decision. RHP Cody Ponce (0-0, 6.00 with Altoona) earned his first save with the Curve this season after throwing two hitless shutout with three strikeouts.

BRADENTON (High-A, 60-49) was suspended through eight and a half innings in Game 1 of a doubleheader with Charlotte (Rays). The Marauders lead 2-1. The first game is to be completed Tuesday evening as part of a modified doubleheader.

GREENSBORO (Low-A, 67-45) lost 4-3 to Greenville (Red Sox). RHP Steven Jennings (5-10, 5.14) was dealt with the defeat after giving up four runs in five innings with four strikeouts, a walk and five hits allowed. CF Jonah Davis (.233 with Greensboro) went 2 for 4 with a double and a run. C Grant Koch (.209) and RF Jack Herman (.266) each hit an RBI double. RHP Winston Nicacio (1-1, 1.00 with Greensboro) threw three hitless shutout innings of relief with four strikeouts.

WEST VIRGINIA (Short season-A, 25-23) won 5-2 over Mahoning Valley (Indians). RHP Braxton Ashcraft (1-7, 5.68) threw five innings with two runs allowed on four hits, three strikeouts and three walks en route to victory. CF Brett Kinneman (.168 with West Virginia) hit a second-inning, two-run double to give the Black Bears a 2-1 lead. C Kyle Wilkie (.243) drove in two runs and scored once. LF Matt Gorski (.221) doubled and scored a run. RHP Jacob Webb (1-0, 1.93) recorded his first save this season.
