INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 60-60) won 5-3 over Rochester (Twins). The Indians led 5-0 through four innings. C Christian Kelley (.183) hit a two-run double in the second inning. LF Trayvon Robinson (.308) hit a fourth-inning solo home run. LHP Brandon Waddell (2-5, 8.88 with Indianapolis) earned the victory after allowing one run in six innings with six strikeouts and four hits surrendered. DH Eric Wood (.238) collected two hits and two runs scored. SS Cole Tucker (.264) also had two hits along with an RBI and a run.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 60-61) defeated Harrisburg (Nationals), 3-0, in 10 innings. Curve pitchers surrendered two hits. All three Altoona runs came in the top of the 10th inning on an RBI single from SS Oneil Cruz (.291 with Altoona) followed by a two-run homer from 1B Logan Hill (.258 with Altoona). Hill finished 3 for 4, including a double and two RBIs. RHP Blake Cederlind (5-0, 1.44 with Altoona) picked up the win after pitching two scoreless innings of relief with two strikeouts and no hits allowed. LHP Cam Vieaux (2-3, 2.56 with Altoona) threw six scoreless innings to start the game with three strikeouts, four walks and two hits allowed in a no-decision.

BRADENTON (High-A, 65-56) swept Florida (Braves) in a doubleheader, winning Game 1, 4-1, and Game 2, 5-1. RHP Aaron Shortridge (8-4, 3.18) earned the Game 1 win after giving up one run in six innings with seven strikeouts and six hits allowed. 3B Dylan Busby (.208) hit a seventh-inning solo home run. 2B Rodolfo Castro (.211 with Bradenton) hit a third-inning RBI double. RHP Shea Murray (1-0, 5.04 with Bradenton) recorded his fifth save this season. In Game 2, the Marauders scored all five runs in the third inning and held the Fire Frogs to four hits. 1B Mason Martin (.231 with Bradenton) highlighted the five-run frame with a grand slam. LHP Ike Schlabach (4-1, 2.53) got the victory after giving up a run in five innings with three strikeouts, two walks and four hits allowed.

GREENSBORO (Low-A, 71-49) fell 10-0 to Kannapolis (White Sox). The Grasshoppers were held to three hits. RHP Will Kobos (1-2, 2.84 with Greensboro) recorded the loss after giving up three runs on three hits with six strikeouts and three walks in five innings. RHP Will Gardner (3-0, 2.21) threw two scoreless innings of relief with three strikeouts and two hits allowed.

WEST VIRGINIA (Short season-A, 31-26) lost 11-5 to Batavia (Marlins). 3B Jared Triolo (.269) finished 5 for 5 from the plate with a three-run double in the fourth inning. RF Matthew Frazier (.220) drove in two runs. RHP Jacob Webb (2-1, 2.76) was dealt the defeat after giving up two earned runs, four total, on three hits with two walks in one-third of a relief inning pitched. RHP J.C. Flowers (0-0, 3.46) gave up two runs in four innings with two strikeouts, two walks and five hits allowed in a no-decision.
