INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 68-66) beat Toledo (Tigers), 9-4. LF Billy Cook (.278) went 2 for 4 with a grand slam, his 16th homer. 2B Liover Peguero (.260) went 2 for 5 with a run scored and RBI. 1B Jake Lamb (.264) went 2 for 4 with a RBI. SS Nick Yorke (.332) went 1 for 3 with two walks, two runs scored, an RBI and his 12th stolen base. RHP Jake Woodford (4.10) started and allowed three runs on three hits and a walk in two innings. RHP Aaron Shortridge (2-3, 5.45) then pitched three scoreless innings, allowing one hit and one walk with five strikeouts, to pick up the win. LHP Josh Walker (3.13) and LHP Brady Feigl (4.02) each pitched a perfect inning of relief.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 57-74) doubled up Hartford (Rockies), 4-2. SS Termarr Johnson (.184) went 3 for 5 and hit his second Double-A home run. CF Matt Fraizer (.243) also went 3 for 5. 2B Tsung-Che Cheng (.212) went 2 for 4 with two RBIs. 3B Kervin Pichardo (.248) went 1 for 5 with a double, a run scored and an RBI. LHP Nick Dombkowski (4-3, 3.05) started and went six innings to earn the win. He gave up one run on three hits with two walks and five strikeouts. RHP Eddy Yean (3.53) allowed one run on three hits in 2⅓ innings to pick up his fourth save.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 74-55) beat Bowling Green (Rays), 1-0, in a game where each team recorded three hits. 1B Omar Alfonzo (.241) hit his fifth homer to account for the game’s lone run. CF Mitch Jebb (.255) was 1 for 3 with a triple. LHP Michael Kennedy started and pitched 5⅔ innings, allowing one hit and two walks with 10 strikeouts. LHP Magdiel Cotto (2-1, 7.71) worked 1⅓ innings, allowing one hit, to pick up the win. RHP Landon Tomkins (5.23) pitched the final two innings, giving up one hit, to earn his first save.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 54-76) split a pair of games with Daytona (Reds).
In the first game, a completion of a game started Friday, the Marauders won 10-5. 1B Esmerlyn Valdez went 2 for 2 with his 22nd home run and three RBIs. 3B Jhonny Severino went 1 for 4 with his sixth homer and fourth stolen base. LF Shalin Polanco went 1 for 2 with a triple, two walks, two runs scored and two RBIs. RHP Antwone Kelly (4.43) started and went three innings, allowing two runs on five hits with four walks and two strikeouts. LHP Connor Olier (1-8, 5.24) pitched the final four innings, giving up three runs, two earned, on four hits and two walks with six strikeouts, to pick up the win.
In the second game, Bradenton gave up three runs in the bottom of the seventh to lose 5-4. Severino (.245) went 1 for 2 with a walk, a run scored and an RBI. Polanco (.193) went 2 for 2 with a walk. Valdez (.227) went 1 for 3 with a walk and a run scored. RHP Khristian Curtis (4.06) started and went four innings, allowing one run on two hits with two walks and six strikeouts. RHP Greiber Mendez (3.44) gave up no hits and an unearned run. LHP Hunter Furtado (3-5, 5.74) was tagged with three runs, one earned, on no hits with two walks in two-thirds of an inning to take the loss.
