INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 16-20) was held to five hits in a 2-1 loss to St. Paul (Twins). 1B Malcom Nunez (.200) went 1 for 3 and hit his third home run. LF Ryan Vilade (.279) was 1 for 2 with a double and two walks. SS Nick Gonzales (.274) was 1 for 4. C Endy Rodriguez (.244) went 0 for 4. RHP Hunter Stratton (0-1, 3.12) started and allowed two runs on two hits and a walk in two innings. RHP Osvaldo Bido (3.68) came on and pitched five scoreless innings, allowing four hits, striking out four and walking none.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 14-15) got past Akron (Guardians), 2-1, in 10 innings. RHP Oliver Garcia (3-0, 3.55) worked a scoreless 10th, stranding the ghost runner at second after allowing a walk then getting a strikeout and two fly balls. SS Liover Peguero (.231) led off the bottom of the 10th with a single, leaving runners on first and third. After LF Matt Frazier (.244) struck out and RF Henry Davis (.313) was intentionally walked, CF Matt Gorski (.230) beat out a double-play grounder to give the Curve the winning run. Davis, making his third appearance of the season in right field, went 2 for 3 with a double and two walks. Peguero went 2 for 5 with a double. 1B Jacob Gonzalez (.242) went 2 or 4 with an RBI. RHP Aaron Shortridge (3.98) started and threw six scoreless innings, allowing four hits and a walk, striking out three.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 20-11) beat Jersey Shore (Phillies), 6-4. LF Hudson Head (.271) went 1 for 4 with his fourth home run, a three-run shot. 2B Mike Jarvis (.217) went 1 for 5 with a double and an RBI. SS Maikol Escotto (.237) was 2 for 4 with a double and two RBIs. LHP Anthony Solometo (3.94) started and went 4.2 innings, allowing three runs, two earned, on four hits and six walks. He struck out six. RHP Santiago Florez (2-0, 4.63) pitched 1.1 scoreless innings to get the win. RHP Will Kobos (0.00) pitched two scoreless innings, striking out four, to earn his second save.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 18-13) lost to Lakeland (Tigers), 3-2, in 10 innings. LHP Miguel Fulgencio (0-1, 0.00) allowed just one hit in two innings of relief but balked in the winning run in the 10th. RHP Thomas Harrington (3.25) started and went three innings, allowing one hit, striking out four and walking none. RHP Blake Cederlind (18.00), rehabbing from an elbow injury, gave up two runs on no hits and two walks in an inning pitched. LHP Julian Bosnic (1.93) and RHP Ryan Harbin (2.03) each threw two scoreless innings. Bosnic fanned four and Harbin five. SS Jesus Castillo (.250) went 2 for 4 with a triple and an RBI. C Omar Alfonzo (.400) hit a pinch-hit double, driving in a run.
