Pirates farm report for June 30, 2021: Mitch Keller effective for Indy
INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 26-23) beat Iowa (Cubs) 2-1 in 10 innings. RHP Mitch Keller was effective in his second Triple-A start of the season, allowing one run on four hits with five strikeouts and one walk in four innings. He has allowed three earned runs in 9⅔ innings since being sent down. LHP Braeden Ogle pitched two scoreless innings to earn the win. C Christian Bethancourt hit a game-winning, pinch-hit RBI single in the 10th. RF Bligh Madris went 2 for 4 with a double. SS Cole Tucker went 0 for 3 with a walk and stole his fourth base.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 27-20) and Hartford (Rockies) were suspended in the middle of the second inning with the score tied 2-2. The game will be completed at 5:05 p.m. Thursday. RHP Roansy Contreras started for the Curve and allowed two runs on two hits and two walks.

GREENSBORO (High A, 28-22) lost 3-2 to Bowling Green (Rays). SS Liover Peguero went 2 for 4 with a double and two stolen bases, his 10th and 11th. LF Matthew Fraizer went 2 for 4 and led off the game with his 11th home run. 1B Aaron Shackelford went 1 for 3 with a double and an RBI. RHP Michael Burrows started and went four innings, allowing two runs, one earned, on four hits. He fanned seven and walked two. RHP Austin Roberts pitched 2⅓ innings of scoreless relief.
