Pirates farm report for June 26, 2019
INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 41-35) were defeated 2-1 by Columbus (Indians). LHP Black Weiman (0-1, 4.15) took the loss after giving up the winning run in the eighth inning. Weiman went 1 2/3 innings with a run on three hits and two walks. LHP Cam Vieaux (2-0, 3.82) allowed a run in 4 2/3 innings with five strikeouts, two walks and five hits allowed. DH Trayvon Robinson (.310) hit a second-inning solo home run to give the Indians a 1-0 lead.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 39-34) lost 6-2 to Richmond (Giants). The Curve led 2-0 after three innings before the Flying Squirrels scored four in the fifth inning and two in the sixth. Cody Bolton (0-1, 8.31) took the loss in his first start since being promoted from Bradenton. Bolton gave up four runs in 4 1/3 innings with six strikeouts, two walks and three hits. SS Robbie Glendinning (.333) went 2 for 4 with two RBIs. He has 40 RBIs in 62 games.

BRADENTON (High-A, 40-35) beat Jupiter (Marlins), 7-3. The Marauders scored five unanswered runs in the last four innings after trailing 3-2. SS Rodolfo Castro (.333) went 3 for 4 with three RBIs, including two solo home runs. He also scored three times. 3B Dylan Busby (.220) was 2 for 4 with a two-run homer, three RBIs and a run. 2B Adrian Valerio (.254) was 3 for 4 with a double and two stolen bases. LHP Braeden Ogle (1-0, 2.70) picked up the win after throwing 2 1/3 scoreless innings with two strikeouts, a walk and a hit. RHP Gavin Wallace (1-3, 4.70) took the no-decision despite throwing four scoreless innings with five strikeouts, a walk and seven hits.

GREENSBORO (Low-A, 47-29) won 9-2 over West Virginia (Mariners). The Grasshoppers scored eight runs across the sixth, seventh and eighth innings, including four in the seventh. CF Fabricio Macias (.277) went 4 for 5 with a double, three RBIs and a run. 1B Mason Martin (.260) hit an eighth-inning, two-run home run and scored twice. Martin has 20 home runs and 65 RBIs in 72 games this season. 3B Michael Gretler (.231) hit a ground-rule double, drove in two runs and scored once. LHP Cam Alldred (2-0, 4.29) got the win after throwing three innings of relief, allowing one run on a solo homer and struck out three. RHP Conner Loeprich (1-3, 4.36) went five innings in a no-decision with seven strikeouts, a walk and a run allowed on a solo homer.

WEST VIRGINIA (Short season-A, 6-6) lost to Batavia (Marlins), 4-2. RHP Braxton Ashcraft (0-3, 5.27) took the loss after allowing three earned runs in four innings with a stirkeout, two walks and five hits. The Muckdogs scored all four runs in the first four innings. 2B Cory Wood (.261), SS Jared Triolo (.231) and CF Matt Gorski (.167) doubled for West Virginia. 3B Dean Lockery (.208) drove in a run.
