INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 52-49) shut out Syracuse (Mets), 1-0. RHP James Marvel (3-0, 1.90 ERA) threw six scoreless innings with seven strikeouts, four walks and a hit allowed to earn the victory. 3B Ke’Bryan Hayes (.258) scored on a balk in the seventh inning with 2B Kevin Kramer (.257) batting. Hayes also doubled and stole his 10th base this season. SS Cole Tucker (.270) was 0 for 4. RHP Dovydas Neverauskas (2-1, 4.31 with Indianapolis) recorded his seventh save this season. ALTOONA (Double-A, 52-48) lost 7-4 to Erie (Tigers). RF Bligh Madris (.266) hit a two-run triple in a three-run bottom of the ninth inning as the Curve tried to rally after trailing 7-1. LF Chris Sharpe (.205 with Altoona) hit an RBI double. LHP Domingo Robles (2-4, 4.99) gave up three runs, including two home runs, on five hits in seven innings with four strikeouts and three walks. BRADENTON (High-A, 55-46) won 2-1 over Clearwater (Phillies). RHP Brad Case (3-3, 3.80) threw six scoreless innings with a strikeout, two walks and seven hits allowed to earn the win. LHP Cam Alldred (3-1, 4.73) got the win after pitching a scoreless inning of relief with two strikeouts and no hits. RHP Osvaldo Bido (11-5, 3.55) did not record a decision after throwing the first six innings with a strikeout, two walks and two runs allowed on five hits.
