Pirates farm report for Aug. 7, 2022: Jamie Ritchie's 4 hits help Indy top Louisville

INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 51-52) won 11-8 over Louisville (Reds). C Jamie Ritchie (.214) was 4 for 5 with two RBIs and two runs scored. 3B Drew Maggi (.213) doubled in two runs. SS Diego Castillo (.259) was 2 for 4 with two RBIs. LF Hoy Park (.219) had two RBIs. RF Travis Swaggerty (.266) walked four times. CF Jared Oliva (.221) hit two doubles and had an RBI. RHP Jerad Eickhoff (4.56) allowed five runs on eight hits with a walk and four strikeouts in 3 2/3 innings. RHP Noe Toribio (2-1, 4.43) earned the win after giving up two runs on one hit with three walks and two strikeouts in 2 2/3 innings of relief.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 48-54) lost 6-4 to Akron (Guardians). 1B Aaron Shackelford (.240) was 3 for 3 with three RBIs, including a double and two-run homer. LF Josh Bissonette (.156) also knocked in a run. 2B Liover Peguero (.260) was 2 for 3 with three runs scored. RHP Aaron Shortridge (0-3, 8.31) allowed two runs (one earned) on four hits with a walk and two strikeouts in four innings and took the loss.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 44-56) scored an 11-7 victory over Bowling Green (Rays). 2B Jackson Glenn (.226) was 2 for 5 with three RBIs. 3B Dariel Lopez (.294) was 3 for 6 with two RBIs and three runs scored. RF Yoyner Fajardo (.267) went 3 for 5 with an RBI. 1B Jacob Gonzalez (.296) was 2 for 5 with an RBI. SS Francisco Acuna (.256) was 2 for 5 with an RBI. RHP Jack Carey (4-4, 4.53) allowed one run on two hits with two walks and a strikeout in three innings to earn the win in relief.

SS Tsung-Che (.250) was 2 for 4 with an RBI and two runs scored. CF Sergio Campana (.205) was 2 for 4 with two RBIs.3B Jasiah Dixon (.204) went 2 for 3.
