Before the rain came, CF Lonnie White Jr. (.348) went 2 for 3 with a two-run homer, his fourth. RF Sammy Siani (.200) went 2 for 3 with a double, a three-run homer, his first, and four RBIs. C Shawn Ross (.083) went 1 for 1 with his first homer, a solo shot. LHP Hunter Barco (0.00) pitched four scoreless innings, allowing two hits, striking out four and walking none.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 1-5) lost 13-5 to Lakeland (Tigers) in seven innings. RHP Antwone Kelly (0-2, 15.00) started and gave up seven runs on eight hits, including two homers, in 3 1/3 innings. LHP Connor Oliver (40.50) was touched up for six runs on five hits, including two more homers, in 1 1/3 innings of relief.
