Scouting report: Labeled “a man among boys” by Baseball America while pitching for U-32 High School in rural, upstate Vermont. … Opposing hitters felt good just putting the ball in play against Kellington. … Stuff is legit, starting with a low-90s fastball that spikes at 93 mph, but could go higher after he fills out his frame. … Complements fastball with sharp break on curveball, a pitch with above-average potential. … On his delivery, lands with a big open stride and finishes with a head whack. … Athleticism should help him make adjustments. … Tricky evaluationbecause of lack of exposure at big national events last summer and his opposition this spring.
