The Penguins drafted forward Anthony Angello in the fifth round (No. 145 overall) in 2014.

The Penguins recalled forward Anthony Angello from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the AHL.

This marks the third time this season Angello has been recalled to the NHL roster. He has appeared in only one NHL game during the 2021-22 campaign.

During a 4-1 road win against the Anaheim Ducks on Jan. 11, Angello logged only 5 minutes, 19 seconds of ice time on eight shifts and had two shots.

One of the biggest players in the organization at 6-foot-5 and 210 pounds, the 26-year-old Angello has appeared in 39 AHL games this season and scored 17 points (seven goals, 10 assists).
