Penguins invite 58 players to training camp

The Penguins announced the roster for their upcoming training camp. A total of 58 players will be invited for the camp which opens on Thursday.

Forwards (32) – Justin Aleida, Anthony Angello, Raivis Ansons, Zach Aston-Reese, Jordy Bellerive, Kasper Bjorkqvist, Teddy Blueger, Brian Boyle, Jeff Carter, Michael Chaput, Sidney Crosby, Jan Drozg, Jonathan Gruden, Jake Guentzel, Filip Hallander, Danton Heinen, Kasperi Kapanen, Sam Lafferty, Nathan Legare, Evgeni Malkin, Brock McGinn, Drew O’Connor, Kyle Olson, Sam Poulin, Valtteri Puustinen, Felix Robert, Evan Rodrigues, Bryan Rust, Dominik Simon, Lukas Svejkovsky, Radim Zohorna, Jason Zucker.

Defensemen (20) – Niclas Almari, Matt Bartkowski, Isaac Beliveau, Chris Bigras, Brian Dumoulin, Taylor Fedun, Mark Friedman, P.O Joseph, Cam Lee, Kris Letang, Josh Maniscalco, John Marino, Mike Matheson, Ryan McCleary, Chris Merisier-Ortiz, Marcus Pettersson, William Reilly, Mitch Reinke, Juuso Riikola, Chad Ruhwedel.

Goaltenders (6) – Alex D’Orio, Casey DeSmith, Louis Domingue, Tristan Jarry, Filip Lindberg, Tommy Nappier.

Crosby, Malkin and Ansons, a fifth-round pick in 2020, are listed as injured.

Boyle and Barktowski are attending camp on a tryout basis.
