Goaltender Louis Domingue made 22 saves on 25 shots for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins who were shut out on the road by the rival Lehigh Valley Phantoms, 4-0, at the PPL Center in Allentown on Wednesday.
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (5-2-0-1) had a five-game streak with at least one point snapped.
