Two goals by forward Nick Schilkey helped the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins win their final home game of the season, 4-1, against the Binghamton Devils at Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre on Saturday.

Forward Jonathan Gruden added a goal and an assist for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (12-11-4-2) while forward Justin Almeida recorded two assists. Goaltender Tommy Nappier made 22 saves on 23 shots in the victory.

The Penguins’ next game is a road contest against the rival Lehigh Valley Phantoms on Sunday, 3:05 p.m.

Forward Patrick Watling had four goals and an assist for the Wheeling Nailers in an 8-5 road win against the Jacksonville Icemen at the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Fla.

Defenseman Adam Smith and forward Cody Sylvester each added a goal and an assist for Wheeling (18-29-5-1) while forward Matt Alfaro recorded three assists. Goaltender Taran Kozun made 33 saves on 38 shots in the victory.
