Regardless of the outcome of Monday’s Pirates home opener, fans can get a sweet treat at Eat’n Park restaurants.

Any fan who wears Buccos gear to a restaurant that day will get a free Smiley Cookie, the restaurant chain said.

The promotion lasts all day at any of Eat’n Park’s locations.

The Pirates kick off the 2019 season at 4:10 p.m. Thursday on the road against the Cincinnati Reds. Monday’s home opener at PNC Park against the St. Louis Cardinals will start at 1:05 p.m.

Pitcher Jameson Taillon will get the start for opening day. Chris Archer will get the nod for the home opener.
