A game-worn jersey used by Steelers Pro Football Hall of Fame player Jack Ham from the 1977 AFC playoffs is up for auction until June 7, 2019 at lelands.com

Time is running out for Pittsburgh Steelers memorabilia collectors to bid on game-worn jerseys sported by some of their favorite players.

A spring collection of memorabilia at lelands.com that features 30 Steelers-related items has a Friday deadline at 10 p.m. for collectors to submit bids. The auction began May 7.

The Steelers have participated in several auctions on the Lelands web site, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Chuck Noll Foundation for Brain Injury Research.

Ten game-worn jerseys are part of the “Best of the Best” collection that has attracted the most interest from collectors. A jersey from 1978 worn by Lynn Swann and others from 1981 by Franco Harris and 1982 by Jack Lambert each have attracted $17,716 bids as of Wednesday afternoon. A 1989 Terry Bradshaw game-worn jersey has fetched a high bid of $16,105, and a 1976 Mel Blount jersey has reached $12,968 in bidding.

Eight of the 10 items in the “Best of the Best” collection have gotten bids of at least $10,000, including a 1977 jersey worn by Jack Ham in an AFC playoff game ($11,789).

Among items in the rest of the spring collection, a 1976 Donnie Shell jersey has a high bid of $7,780. Other items include cleats and a chin strap worn by Hines Ward in 2002, a 1960s vintage sideline jacket, an equipment trunk and a Super Bowl XXX watch.
