Dan Zangrilli returns, Kraig Riley joins Pirates shows on 93.7 The Fan
Dan Zangrilli will host Pittsburgh Pirates pregame and postgame broadcasts on flagship station 93.7 The Fan, returning to a role he held from 2012-16.
Analyst Jack Zduriencik, a former Pirates scouting director and Seattle Mariners general manager, returns for his fourth season. Kraig Riley, a producer at The Fan since 2010, will join the broadcast for the first time.
Zangrilli replaces Chris Mack, who joined The Fan Morning Show in September.
“We are thrilled to welcome Dan back to Pirates baseball, and excited to offer Pittsburgh a new voice in Kraig Riley,” Entercom senior vice president and market manager Michael Spacciapolli said. “In addition, the incredible insight we get on a daily basis from Jack makes this is an exciting next phase of our Pirates coverage. As the sports radio leader, we will continue to expand our partnership with the Pirates and offer the very best coverage of the team across our platforms.”
The Fan will broadcast select Grapefruit League spring training games, which start on Feb. 23, and begin coverage of the Pirates on Opening Day on March 28 at Cincinnati.
