Letter to the editor: Who shouldn't vote for Trump
Who shouldn’t vote for Donald Trump:
1. Women. He’s been found liable for sexual abuse, faced accusations from 26 other women and, on the “Access Hollywood” tape, he clearly states, “when you’re a star, they let you do it … . Grab them by the *****. You can do anything.”
2. Veterans. This Vietnam-era bone spur draft dodger allegedly called our fallen heroes “suckers” and “losers.”
3. The wealthy. By some accounts, compared to when Trump left office in 2021, they have seen a roughly 27% increase in their portfolio investments.
4. Non-college-educated white men. It has been verified that behind closed doors he calls them his dumb redneck masses.
5. Evangelicals. His general behavior and $59.95 Trump Bible mock all our religions.
6. Minorities and the handicapped. He’s mocked and denigrated them and made racist comments.
7. The lower and middle classes. Be fearful of what he’ll do with health care and the Affordable Care Act. By disavowing covid, he ruined our economy due to a lack of preparation.
8. Police officers. His words and actions led to an attempt to overthrow the government on Jan. 6, which resulted in the deaths of five people, including a police officer, and injuries, many serious, to over 100 police officers.
9. College students. He’s against debt forgiveness and increased aid to students.
10. Senior citizens. Be fearful of what he’ll do to Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security.
Is there anyone left who can justify a vote for this disgraceful man who berates and belittles everyone who disagrees with him?
