Letter to the editor: We didn’t vote for stealing of our personal information

Our checking and savings account numbers have been stolen. The Republican-led legislative branch has chosen to allow this to happen. Is it dereliction of duty? Is it abdicating their role? Is it abetting a crime?

President Trump may have neutered them in fear of being primaried by deeper pockets. A better analogy would be a worker who trains the new guy on the job, then the worker is surprised when he is laid off in favor of the new guy at a lower salary.

Pennsylvania did not vote for this. Contact with Sen. David McCormick and Rep. Guy Reschenthaler has yielded no results to stop this crime. Criminal charges or impeachment for McCormick and Reschenthaler might be in the future, but that will be a moot point — they won’t have jobs.
