Letter to the editor: Traitorous actions

Tribune-Review

If someone in our government did what our enemies would like to do to us, wouldn’t they be traitors (and nuts)?

Let in illegal aliens and spread them all around the country without vetting them or remembering where they went.

Make the Border Patrol do anything but their job (e.g., babysit kids dropped off without parents).

Make the cartel rich and able to spread more drugs.

Create a strong fifth column around our military bases in the west and south.

Use up our strategic reserves as a ploy we can’t afford. Way to lower the gas price for a New York minute. Remember the movie “Patton”?

Turn our military into a social program arguing race and sex issues instead of training to kill our enemies to protect our people.

Destroy the fossil-fuel infrastructure. Create artificial fuel shortages, raising fuel costs. Push for electric cars. Hope existing gasoline stations close (along with that, mechanics lose their jobs). Building recharge stations takes a lot of time.

Gas-fueled cars that work are not to be thrown on a dump heap so we are forced to buy an electric car that we don’t need or want. Electric cars are another gift to our enemy. Cut the electrical grid or overload it and we will be worse off than the people of Ukraine (postal vehicles, ambulances, airplanes, food delivery trucks using electric add to the problem).
