We are all creatures of habit in one way or another. One of my habits, like many others, is to turn on the noon TV news and have my lunch or coffee and cookie. It seems that our TVs have be confiscated by the government lately. I had to stop and think, am I in the wrong country? I looked out of my window and it didn’t look like North Korea, China or Russia out there. On the TV was, guess what? The impeachment proceedings again, and on all the news stations I clicked to. Just like Groundhog Day.

Whether you are Democratic, Republican, independent or other, aren’t you tired of it? Do they realize that we are not stupid and they only have to tell us once or maybe twice? Or are they the ones who can’t remember what was said yesterday, last week or last month?

Then to top it off, Tuesday night around 5:30 p.m., I thought, oh good, I can get the world and local news now. Well, guess what? Impeachment proceedings were on and continued until late in the evening. I changed the channel at 6 p.m. and never went back.
