Letter to the editor: Those who take a life deserve death penalty
I read the letter “If we respect life, we must end death penalty” (April 25, TribLIVE), about the man on South Carolina’s death row to be executed by firing squad. This is why we are having all these shootings; this is what needs to be done.
I bet the person who wrote this letter never lost anyone to crime. I lost a good man to a drunk driver. They call it manslaughter; I call it murder.
You take a life, they should take yours.
