Across the Jail Oversight Board, Board of Elections and county council meetings, Hallam asks insightful questions that reveal new information or shine a light on how Allegheny County government works.
As a civic leader, Hallam is unapologetically herself, and that sets an example for others who want to serve in office: Anyone can run, and you don’t need to change who you are to be successful or to make a difference.
