Letter to the editor: Poor judgment by FBI, media, those in charge
America has a serious problem with its institutions like the FBI due to poor judgment, ignorance and politicization.
What spurred me to write this letter was the recent announcement of the FBI coming to the conclusion that the 2017 congressional baseball game shooting was an incident of suicide by police. Right, and I have some oceanfront property in Arizona that I want to sell to you suckers!
The Derek Chauvin verdict in Minneapolis was a forgone conclusion, so I guess that’s why the trial did not bother with a change of venue and Judge Peter Cahill not sequestering the jury after the April 11 police shooting in nearby Brooklyn Center and the public protests that followed. I bet they needed to save some money since they were forking out millions to the family of George Floyd. To make matters worse, “Auntie Maxine” Waters, an octogenarian from California, went to Minnesota, violated curfew and spewed incendiary rhetoric that will probably result in Chauvin being set free should he appeal his case.
Why is it that the name of the Capitol Police officer who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt on Jan. 6 is not known? How is it that when an officer in the line of duty shoots any non-white person, the mainstream media pulls out all the stops to identify and impugn their character and shed the police in a bad light?
Seeing this unplay right in front of me makes me wonder: Who really did kill JFK?
