Letter to the editor: Politicians' errors and grand plans

Tribune-Review

Dear editor, U.S. citizens and old-time Democrats:

I have seen and watched presidents and their administrations make errors in judgment and boneheaded decisions since President Eisenhower.

Politics being politics will cause stupid judgments to be made. The results are sometimes slow in presenting themselves. Never do the politicians admit making errors of any sort. I believe President Biden and his administration have managed to make more miscues in their first term than all administrations since Eisenhower combined.

I attribute 30% of their problems to lack of experience as part of his grand social experiment, and the remaining 70% to following a grand plan that was not written by them. The plan was a book written in 1971 by Saul D. Alinsky called “Rules for Radicals.” The handbook was written for community organizers (like President Obama), socialists and communists and those who despise America.

They are following the book to the letter as written. Take time and read it.

If you were in another country that has U.S. troops on your soil, would you be wondering if you were going to be deserted? Leaving Afghanistan was probably the right thing to do, but the abandon-the-ship method was not. It was not Dunkirk.

The Biden administration has created fear in me and my fellow U.S. citizens by deserting our citizens in Afghanistan and not protecting out sovereign U.S. borders from noncitizen invaders.
