Letter to the editor: Pick a side, good or evil

E pluribus unum, in my opinion, is officially dead! America, has devolved into a battleground pitting the forces of good against the forces of evil. Due to the rampant corruption of government and the press, I don’t believe the winner will be fairly determined by “we the people.” The good needs no explanation. Evil is the absence of God. America, blessed by God and founded on Judeo-Christian principles, cannot survive, as we have become far removed from our founding ethics and principles.

Once we removed God from all aspects of our lives, the rest was easy. We call same-sex unions marriage. And teach our children there are more than two gender identities. Did God make a mistake? I don’t think so!

We are flooding our country with people we neither know nor can identify, some for nefarious reasons. Our reckless disregard for law and order and the spending of the country into oblivion are robbing future generations of their God-given right to freedom and their American heritage.

Given the fact that evil cannot prevail in the arena of ideas, it resorts to lies, innuendos and the destruction (not defeat) of all who oppose them. They label opposition leaders and their constituents as racists, sexists and homophobes and call us a basket of deplorables. Are you for good or evil?

P.S.: To my Catholic friends, you cannot be Catholic and vote Democrat.
