Remember when the AP and Tribune-Review would have been shocked at news of a former president’s home being raided in the pre-dawn hours by 30 FBI agents? The AP article you published didn’t go near far enough in describing the unique and serious nature of this action. It describes it as a search as if it were an everyday occurrence conducted by a couple agents. You leave it up to President Trump to label it correctly as a raid.
We weren’t even reminded in the article that this was approved by a Democrat-run Justice Department against a potential opposition candidate. Remember when that would’ve been the main point of the article?
The media are managing to transform Trump’s image from a blowhard into a sympathetic underdog in the fight against government corruption. Congratulations.
