Letter to the editor: Judicial Watch doing politicians' work
I read Westmoreland County Commissioner Gina Cerilli’s letter about voter suppression by the Trump administration and President Trump’s “allies” (“Trump’s attacks on voting rights,” Aug. 7, TribLIVE). How are they actually doing this, as it was not really explained in her letter?
Judicial Watch sued three Pennsylvania counties to clean up their voter rolls, which had almost 800,000 inactive voters still on them — deceased people, people who moved to another state.
So now I must wonder why was this not taken care of already. I had to read about it in Judicial Watch’s newsletter The Verdict. Seems to me Judicial Watch is doing the real work that our elected officials we vote for and pay for should have already taken care of.
I suggest people join Judicial Watch to get the truth. And yes, they go after the dirty Republicans, too.
