Letter to the editor: Generosity enables Bethlehem Project to keep helping
We would like to recognize the residents of Greensburg and the surrounding area, especially the readers of the Tribune-Review.
When readers learned through a story in the Trib that the need for help from the Bethlehem Project, a nonprofit that provides rental and emergency housing assistance to renters in our county, had quadrupled compared to 2019, they stepped up. This year’s Home for the Holidays fundraiser brought in just over $37,000, more than double last year’s total.
These gifts will enable the Bethlehem Project to continue to serve those in need at least through mid-year. Your generosity is impressive and greatly appreciated.
