Letter to the editor: Father Moineau has paid enough for 'error'
As I keep reading the letters to the editor about Father John Moineau, I wonder, what is the bishop waiting for? To my understanding, Father John has not been found guilty of any wrongdoing by the district attorney’s office. Is the diocesan investigation ongoing? If the only thing wrong was an administrative error, hasn’t three months’ punishment been enough for this “crime”?
All I can say is, when the bishop meets his maker, I hope God doesn’t have a “zero tolerance” policy in His heart. Bishop, you are also human and can also make a mistake. Perhaps you have.
