Letter to the editor: False witness, militias and gangs

Just two questions for your readers:

Thou shalt not bear false witness is mentioned numerous times in the Bible as a terrible offense in the sight of God. So is tweeting or retweeting messages that you know in your heart are false or misleading a sin before God?

Is the definition of an unauthorized militia different from the definition of a gang?
