Letter to the editor: 'Destroy America' is new agenda

Do you see it yet, fellow citizens? If not, you are not paying attention. President Trump’s MAGA agenda is being replaced by “Destroy America.”

Eliminating fossil fuel use with no proven substitute has already destroyed tens of thousands of jobs and is causing the price of oil and gas to rise, which in turn is causing inflation in everything. Since the election, oil is up 25% because its production and distribution is being curbed, and gasoline is already up to $2.99 a gallon and probably will be $4 a gallon within a year. The so-called “war on climate change” is Democratic code for “destroy the American economy by destroying its cheap energy industries.”

Easing immigration restrictions with free everything to illegals will increase crime, drugs, disease and costs to all taxpayers, merely to increase the Democratic voting base.

Removing protections against unfair foreign competition will restart the outsourcing of American jobs to foreign countries, rewarding big Democratic donors.

Rejoining the Paris accord will cause the transfer of hundreds of billions of U.S. taxpayer money to third-world countries with zero reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. None are required of those countries before 2030.

Rejoining the Iran nuclear agreement will give Iran a U.S.-paid path to a nuclear bomb. Who does that help?

Rewarding Democrat- run cities that permitted looting and rioting under the guise of covid relief encourages more chaos.

This Democratic Party is committed to destroying your America. Middle-class families will suffer most.
