Letter to the editor: Confused by voting procedures

Tribune-Review

Voting this year for our president has been very confusing. I received a mail-in ballot that I did not request. I wanted to vote in person. At my polling place, I gave the poll worker my driver’s license and voter registration card, and I was told to sign the registration book and then vote. I told her I brought my mail-in ballot with me. She talked to another worker who had me complete and sign a form.

I’m just wondering how many people received a mail-in ballot and also voted in person? Obviously, if I hadn’t given them my mail-in ballot, they would never have known.
