My friend and I walk every day. We see what is happening to the alleys of Arnold, and it is disturbing.

We have been asked by our officials to bag everything and put the bags in cans with lids. This is not happening. Boxes are strewn everywhere and garbage lies in the alleys because people don’t clean up after themselves.

Animals have ripped bags open. Then we have the rats, from Ridge Avenue to the lower alley of Alcoa Drive. Orange Alley is polluted with them. There are rats in my friend’s house because of the garbage on porches that doesn’t get thrown out.

If something isn’t done, our workers are going to get sick, and then what are we supposed to do?

Clean up your garbage!
