Letter to the editor: Both Peduto, Tomlin need to go

Pittsburgh needs Mayor Bill Peduto for a third term as mayor like we need Mike Tomlin as head coach for the Steelers. It’s time for both to take a hike down Retirement Road.

The best thing for Pittsburgh is to get a person who cares for the city and the people. The best thing for the Steelers is for the team to be sold to someone who wants a winning team for the Steelers fans. The people of Pittsburgh put a lot of faith, money and trust in the owner and coaches of the Steelers, only to get nothing back for years. Moving coaches around on the team is not the answer. Signing a quarterback to the team that even Washington did not want is also not the answer.
