Consider the following if you will: A man commits a crime and is sentenced to jail. As a result, this man sues for emotional distress because his incarceration separated him from his family. You would think it is ridiculous, nonsensical, insane and even asinine that a judge or jury would even consider ruling that this man deserves to be compensated. Well, you would be wrong. Welcome to Joe Biden’s America.

The Biden administration is considering paying $450,000 per person to settle lawsuits brought by people who entered our country illegally with children and were temporarily separated in 2018. There is not a penal institution in our country that would house children with adults. Yet these parents, with the help of the ACLU, are claiming “lasting psychological trauma.” Payments to these people could be close to $1 million per family if this goes through.

While you’re struggling to make ends meet, and trying to figure out how you’re going to afford your children getting a college education, our government might make millionaires of people who broke our laws.

Congratulations to those of you who voted this man into office because you were offended by a couple of tweets. You certainly got the government you deserve.
