Beau Alan Rogel was arrested after filming himself speeding down a Mississippi highway in his 2017 Ford Mustang.

A self-proclaimed YouTube celebrity who livestreamed himself driving in excess of 185 mph ended up being arrested by police.

On March 31, Beau Alan Rogel took his 2017 Ford Mustang on the road and filmed himself speeding down a Mississippi highway, announcing the increasing speeds as he went.

Apparently, someone watching the stream alerted police about Rogel’s actions.

In the video, when Rogel slows down and pulls over to take a break, three cars from the Rankin County Sheriff’s Office arrive on the scene.

A deputy asks Rogel why he was going so fast, Rogel denies it saying, “I haven’t been driving fast.”

An officer notices Rogel’s camera and asks him if he’s filming, to which Rogel replies, “I get paid to be on YouTube. … I video every day of my life.”

Rogel’s jussa xlt channel currently has 11,146 subscribers.

After a long stop, police let Rogel go.

However, police checked out Rogel’s YouTube channel and watched him speeding, according to a Facebook post by the Rankin County Sheriff’s Office.

They also checked his Facebook feed, where they saw screenshots of himself in possession of numerous weapons, at times attempting to sell or trade weapons. The fact that Rogel is a convicted felon prohibits him from possessing firearms. The Rankin County police said Rogel has felony arrests in, Colorado, Texas, Florida, and Mississippi.

Police said they went to his home with a search warrant, only to be met by Rogel’s wife who tried to stop them from executing the warrant. She was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, police said.

When Rogel arrived at the scene, police said he was taken into custody without any trouble.

Rogel was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and reckless driving. He was released on $20,000 bond and his case will go to the Rankin County Grand Jury.

Rogel posted an updated video for his fans, lamenting his situation.
