Bryant Police Department
Mya, a Beligian malinois, is the police K9 for the Bryant Police Department and Bryant High School in Arkansas.

That’s a good girl.

A police K9 was pictured in the yearbook of the Arkansas high school where she doubles as a school resource officer.

And she sure looks happy about it.

Mya, a 2-year-old Belgian malinois who works with the Bryant Police Department about 20 miles southwest of Little Rock, had her photo taken and sandwiched between two teachers in the Bryant High School yearbook.

Mya is used primarily as a narcotics dog, but she also is used for tracking and article recovery.

On Mya’s Instagram page, which has gained a stronger following since the yearbook image appeared on the Internet last week, her handler thanked everyone for the support.

It has been awesome to see all the attention and support @mya_hornetk9 has been getting the last few days. It has been a great experience having Mya as a partner and I believe she has had a positive impact at the school. #bryantpublicschools #bryantpolicedepartment #malinois #policek9 #sro #nasro
