Ratings data compiled by Nielsen show the address drew a total audience of 34.2 million viewers across the eight main broadcast and cable news networks, with Fox News Channel delivering the largest overall audience, 11.6 million viewers.

CBS topped the broadcast networks with 4.24 million viewers, followed by NBC with 4.05 million, Fox with 3.5 million and ABC with 3.45 million, all pending updates, according to Nielsen.

The 2019 State of the Union drew 46.79 million viewers across 12 networks, up slightly from 2018.
