The maker of bagged salad products that were distributed to stores in Pennsylvania last month issued a voluntary recall after about 200 people were sickened.

Fresh Express is recalling products containing iceberg lettuce, red cabbage and carrots because of a possible parasite that could cause health problems. Products included in the recall will have a product number starting with the letter Z on the upper-right hand corner of the packaging.

The salads were distributed between June 6 and June 26 to stores across the country from an Illinois facility. An outbreak is being investigated in the Midwest. Symptoms of an infection connected to the parasite Cyclospora include nausea, diarrhea and fatigue.

Customers are advised to throw away salad that has the aforementioned product number. Stores in Pennsylvania that are linked to the contaminated salad include Giant Eagle, Walmart and Aldi, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. More details about the specific products included in the recall are available here.

Refunds can be obtained by calling 800-242-5472.
