Seventh-grader Lorenzo Ponzetti, 12, places his cell phone into storage unit before class time at Jeannette Junior-Senior High School. The school asks that students keep their phones in their backpacks or lockers during class, however the 7th and 8th grade teachers decided last year to collect students’ phones during class time.
