The Westmoreland County Elections Board on Thursday approved the relocation of three polling locations for the Nov. 7 general election.

The East Murrysville precinct will be moved to the First Presbyterian Church at 3201 North Hills Road. It was previously located at the First United Methodist Church on Old William Penn Highway but had to be relocated after the building was sold, according to election officials.

Salem Township’s Hugus precinct will move to the Congruity Presbyterian Church at 136 Fenneltown Road in New Alexandria. Renovations at St. James Church forced the relocation.

Salem’s Mechling precinct, which had also operated at St. James Church, will be moved to Forbes Road Volunteer Fire Department at 332 Fire Station Road.
