Classes
• A Seniors for Safe Driving class will be offered from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 13 at Circleville United Methodist Church, 11600 Parkway Drive, North Huntingdon. The PennDOT-approved class is for drivers who are at least 55 years old. Safe drivers can receive a 5% discount on auto insurance for three years. Fundraisers
• Jeannette American Legion will host a super bingo at 1:30 p.m. March 7, at 109 S. Fifth St. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. Cost: $20 per packet. Extra packet and specials available. The kitchen will be open. Players must wear face masks until seated. Details: 724-600-5061
• Paradise United Methodist Church, 105 Hoke Road, Bullskin , will host a takeout ham and roast beef dinner from 3 to 6 p.m. March 20 at the church. Menu: ham, roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, coleslaw, apple sauce, bread and butter and cake. Cost: $13; 12 and younger, $6. Tickets: 724-887-6148. Ticket deadline: March 14.
• West Newton Center for Active Adults is selling tickets for a raffle to win $555. Cost: $5. The winning number will be based on the 7 p.m. April 1 Pennsylvania Lottery Pick 3 number. Tickets are available at the center, 103 E. Main St. Proceeds will benefit the center.
Meeting
• South Hills Coin Club will meet at 7:30 p.m. March 9 at the Bethel Park Municipal Building, 5100 W. Library Ave. Public welcome. The program will discuss Liberty cents and there will be a 50/50 raffle and prizes for children. New members welcome. Details: 724-984-6611
