• Greensburg Art Center will host an exhibition, “From Hands and Hearts,” by featuring the works of Debbie King and Jeanne Siecinski beginning June 8 at the center, 230 Todd School Road, Hempfield. An opening reception will be from 2 to 4 p.m. June 8. Details: 724-837-6791.

• Greensburg Church of the Brethren hosts a night of fun and fellowship for individuals and groups with developmental disabilities from 5 to 7 p.m. Mondays at the church, 554 Stanton St. Dinner is included. • A strawberry festival will be from 4 to 7 p.m. June 7 at Christ Church, 100 Lincoln St., Youngwood. Sponsored by Youngwood Lions Club, proceeds will benefit Youngwood Library. • Cook Township Community Center will host a summer kickoff party and movie night June 7 at the center, 1714 Route 711, Stahlstown. There will food, games and dancing. A free screening of the movie,” The Sandlot,” will be at dusk.
